Meet Edward Lee

I'm a Cucumber Melon at Content Cucumber. I graduated from University of Houston-Downtown with a bachelors in creative writing. My favorite things to write about include finance, food, and history. When I'm not writing for work, I can be found cooking elaborate plant-based meals, reading YA novels, biking or skating at some of my favorite trails, and working on one of many novels I've started but have yet to finish. My favorite part of my job is learning something new each day.
